Here's a copy of the proposed filibuster plan the RNC keeps yanking down.
There's one hour left -- please forward the link to everyone -- there are many issues the RNC doesn't want to talk about! There's a great case for filibuster, but why doesn't the RNC want to have an open debate -- oh, just like 9-11, WMD, and Patriot Act.
