Following up on the Filibuster

It was done too late and everyone started too late. The saddest part is that without agitation we would have had no filibuster and zero votes. We got a little over half the Democrats to vote against cloture.

If there's a next time - say Ginsberg has to resign - we need to start the agitation the instant she announces. And go from there.
