One of our own is in Florida, in the path of Dennis.
Here's a post hoping he'll contact #AAR people.

I am doing well and have stocked the shelves in anticipation of a busy hurricane season. Hurricanes are not the only hard wind that blows in Florida though. Prompted by some stories last year of price gouging, me and some friends have just turned in several gas stations in the area to the state for driving up gas prices upon hearing news of hurricanes coming towards the area. Turns out we were not the only ones keeping an eye on matters though as reports were turned in from all over the state. Seeing gas prices go up an average of .20 cents during a natural disaster has to be one of the lowest forms of greed one can imagine. Shell's, RaceTrac, and several other stations around the state have been served notice that they will be punished as a request for their records has been ordered by the State Attorney.

In addition to that we are closely watching the price of bottled water and batteries to see if there are irregular jumps in prices over their posted prices only a month ago. Retailers beware as consumer activism is alive and well and we are not going to sit by as we are forced to suffer more than what nature wishes to put us through.
With boards and nails in hand, this is Emelius Browne reporting live from the highest spot on an island from behind a wall of bottled water and MRE's.
Em!!!
Thanks for responding!!
Woo hoo!
