Zell Miller, The Man No One Wants
By Emelius at 1:23 AM
Zell Miller spoke this week at NeoCon for the republicans in an attempt to strike down John Kerry. Miller was such a success at doing so that he over shadowed Dick. His hate filled, pit bull, mad man appearance was what the republicans wanted and that is what they got. However, now it seems like the GOP is having second thoughts. Miller speech was no surprise either. I had read Miller's speech hours before he took the stage and managed to pass it around the channel. We knew he was going too far just from the print. But wow, when he spoke, he enraged both parties with his words and did more harm than good. Then to top is off, the talk quickly moved to words Miller exchanged with Chris Mathews of MSNBC's Hardball where he challenged Mathews to a dual. Alright Annie Oakly. Time to ride into the jobless Senator sunset for GA redneck turncoats. 'Miller, you got played by both sides last night and you got what you deserve.'
Late Thursday, Miller and his wife were removed from the list of dignitaries who would be sitting in the first family’s box during the president’s acceptance speech later in the evening. Scott Stanzel, a spokesman for the Bush campaign, said Miller was not in the box because the campaign had scheduled him to do too many television interviews.
